Yoga - Restorative & Flow

Restorative yoga will help you unwind from your week and melt your mind and body. You'll feel relaxed, renewed, and refreshed as you're guided from one gentle posture to the next. No flow, simply letting go.

Flow Yoga links together Hatha and Vinyasa practices, creating a soft, gentle flow that will make you feel great and get your body moving. The class is open to all levels, and if you struggle with flexibility, this will be a great class to make you feel more limber and light.
