Weighted Calisthenics

Using advanced strength strategies, we apply them to bodyweight movements such as weighted chin-ups, dips, pistol squats, and lengthy ring routines.

For the intermediate to advanced strength enthusiast. You need a minimum of 5 chins and dips and be able to manage weighted movements unassisted.
