Power Yoga

Power Yoga draws on various disciplines and melds together a strong Vinyasa flow practice with mobility, stability, and strength-based exercises. Each class is unique in its structure, but students can expect to move, sweat, flex, and stretch throughout this hour class.

Whether you're new to yoga, or a longtime practitioner, this class will test your physical and mental capabilities, and is an excellent complement to regular handbalancing and gymnastic strength training work.
