Full body workout using strength, conditioning and mobility training techniques to ease you back into your fitness routine after the arrival of your little one.
Mums, if you are 3-6 months post natal we do require you to have been signed off by your GP to return to exercise. This class is not suitable for mums who are less than 3 months post natal. While we have taken every effort to baby proof our studio, we do ask that you are responsible for the welfare of your own child while attending the class.
