Training the body as a single unit gives you the ability to reconnect with your body, enhance your ability to move powerfully with ease and elegance and build a strong foundation which transfers not just to other types of training but also to your day to day life.

This class is suitable for all levels of ability as there are many progressions which allow you to work at your own pace.
