Maintenance and developmental stretching using both passive and dynamic techniques, using full range of movement to safely improve your flexibility and build strength and control in your range.

We’ll be covering splits, pancake and bridge progressions, shoulder mobility for hand balancing, self myofacial release and injury prevention. Whether you want to improve your flexibility for your training or just for your general wellbeing, the class is suitable for all levels.
