Build your functional strength, mobility and bodyweight skill development using fundamental gymnastic strength skills on the floor, rings and bars.

This class is for all levels - achieving your first chin-up, working on muscle-ups and ring routines or just generally wanting to become stronger, we’ll take you through the progressions to suit your ability and goals.
