Gymnastic Strength Training


In GST Skills, you'll learn to put your new skills together and learn transitions such as shoulder stand to L-sit on parallel bars or construct basic ring routines.

While this class is open to all levels, if you have never had any experience of this type of training, we advise you attend our Gymnastic Strength Training - FOUNDATIONS class first to familiarise yourself with the basic movements and terminology.

This is a 90 min class
